How does Finimory find my photos?
Two ways. Inside an event, upload a selfie to filter that gallery down to your photos. Or sign in and set a reference photo on your Profile, and FindMe gathers your matches from every event.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around. Anyone can browse an event gallery and search it with a selfie. Signing in is needed for FindMe across all events, the cart, and MyAlbum.
What do Strict, Balanced, and Discovery mean?
They set how close a face has to be before it counts as a match. Strict shows only the most confident matches, Discovery casts a wider net, and Balanced sits in between.
Are the previews full quality?
Previews may include watermarks or a reduced resolution. The full photo is delivered digitally once your payment is confirmed.
Can I buy all my photos from one event at once?
When the photographer offers a bundle, FindMe shows a flat price for all of your unowned photos from that event.
Why are some photos free?
Some events are published as free. Their photos can be saved straight to MyAlbum without checkout.
Where do my photos go after I buy them?
Purchased and saved photos appear in MyAlbum, where you can view and download them anytime.
Can I remove my reference photo?
Yes. You can change or reset your reference photo from your Profile at any time.
